Fun! Fun! Fun!

Pros: Fun to drive. Great styling. Smooth V6

Cons: Need chiropractor to get in and out. Rear seat accommodation too tight.

The Bottom Line: If you need a great sport car without robbing a bank to pay for it, this one is worth considering.

I bought Dodge Stealth R/T 1995 few months ago. The car is great! It has everything a GT car should have - style, sport handling, powerful engine and excellent brakes.

Steering and Handling
Road holding is very good. This car really shines on twisty roads. Steering, while lucks the communication of BMW and precision of Acura RSX, quite satisfying too. Somehow steering wheel feels a bit bigger than necessary, both functionally and esthetically. Surprisingly, turning radius is bigger than on my Honda Odyssey van! Also as in any front wheel drive cars torque steer is quite evident. Can not say many good words about 5-spd manual transmission. Shifting gears might be difficult - kind of a notchy feeling. Changing transmission oil to RedLine product partially improved situation though.

Comfort and Ergonomics
The seating position is low and the car has wide doors so to get in and out in the parking lot could be a problem. The rear seats are tight, even for the small children. But those complains are typical for sport cars. What is really counts is that the car has something that similarly priced Integra or Prelude don't have - smooth and powerful V6. Overall it's just blast to drive.
