Dirty Dancing great love movie

This movie is one of my all time favorites. I cannot exactly tell you when I first saw it, but I do know I was very young. The movie was made in 1987, directed by Emile Ardolino. The movie is approximately 105 minutes long.
The characters in the move consist of; baby played by (Jennifer Grey) along with her sister Lisa (Jane Bruckman) and parents Dr. Houseman (Jerry Orbach) and Lisa Houseman (Kelly Bishop), Johnny Castle (Patrick Swayze), Penny (Cynthia Rhoades)
In the movie, it starts with the family going on vacation to Kellerman's Resort. Where there are many activities to do. They have dancers who entertain the guests, in a separate building were they dance you could say it was almost like with you clothes on, very sexy style of dancing. Johnny and Penny are the instructors of this type of dance
Johnny comes from a rough part of town. He enrolled in a dance contest in his youth and found he had potential to be a great dancer and dance instructor. He and his dance partner Penny, have been friends for a long time, but they are not romantically involved.
At the end of the movie, Baby is not able to dance the last dance with Johnny. Some problems started and Johnny leaves. As it is almost time for the last dance, Johnny shows up and the rest you can figure out.

My reaction
I love how Baby will do anything to get anything. If I was her in a couple of the scenes I would have ran and hid and not came out. Nevertheless, Baby was a tough girl, I guess in a way I am like her. In high school, I was dating a kid and I would do anything for him, so in a way we are somewhat alike we go for what we want. I remember watching the movie and pretending I was dancing and I would try to do the moves they did, they can totally do them better then me.
I love the movie, as a little girl my mom and dad told me that I use to get the table and dance as I watched the movie. I still get that butterflies when I watch the movie. I told my husband that it was one of my favorite movies, so he went and bought it for me at the time on VHS. Now you can go through stores and they are coming out with DVD’s. I can almost tell you exactly what is going on in the movie as it goes, without even watching it. I have seen the move a dozen times, and could watch it a lot more.
