Buyer Beware!

When I found myself in need of a new vacuum cleaner, I was delighted for find this new Dirt Devil MO88160 Upright for less than $75. Now I know why. I should have paid attention to those who say "you get what you pay for" but for what I got, I should have paid 0. First of all, I was not even able to put it together because some of the screws were left out of the packing box. I returned to the store where I purchased it to find out that I had to contact the manufacturer. I proceeded with this process and they did send the screws but it took almost 30 days to receive them. When I finally got the vacuum all put together, I was so disappointed to find out that it does not do a good job at all. The hose keeps getting clogged up. I cannot tell that it is picking up anything at all but when I check the hose, there is a big clog. I went through this process about ten times and have finally given up. This purchase was a total waste of hard earned money. Next purchase, I will read more reviews before I but.
