I love the smoothies

The Bottom Line: I would buy this again because my family ate a lot of ice cream before and this is gadget has created a good alternative.
I first heard about the magic bullet after being stuck at Lagaurdia airport in February and watched the infomercial to pass the time. Than a friend told me they got one for Christmas and now much they love it. I mentioned it to another friend how I thought I might go get my first kitchen thing since my coffee pot. Well winds up they got it for me for my birthday just to see me do something in the kitchen as I am a wife and mother of 2 toddlers. Since getting it we have made smoothies for over a month now and we love it.It is quick and a great alternative to ice cream and my kids are being exposed to fruits they would eat before. I am interested in buying the pitcher as well so that I can make more at once. I am not a big cook so this is a fun gadget more than a big help in the kitchen, but if you need to eat more fruit instead of chocolate ice cream and have 5 seconds, its great! I do notice that if you do not add enough contents into the cup it has a hard time pulling the contents to the blade. I also get small ice cubes that do not fully get chopped up.
