Garbage

Crutchfield, which is awesome in both service and selection, has sent me out two of these. Aparantly the software included isnt compatible with Vista. What horseshit. It took me two fried out remontes, both going into a constant loop of flashing lights and no ROM, to find this out. Tried contacting Denon, but after 48 minutes the first time, my battery ran out on my wireless phone, and the second time, after 50 minutes, someone hung up the line at Denon. Nothing on thier web site for downloads for this product. $500 with this and the 7001 IR reciever, and the stock remote with the Denon 4308CI is better, and looks better too. Save your dough, this is going back to Crutchfield.
