If it works great but you'll never get it fixed

The DVM 4800 produces great sound and a great picture. However, I had problems with it reading a disc after about 14 months. I sent it to one of the Denon repair facilities and tried to have it fixed. It was in and out of the Denon shop 3 times over a 3-4 month period. Each time Denon said they fixed it but it still doesn't read a disc - it usually stops a little over half way through. I have given up and bought another DVD player at a fraction of the cost. Don't buy Denon products unless you want to throw them out when they break.
