Denon DVD-1600P DVD Player

I purchased this player after returning the Panny rp91. To be honest I returned the panny because you can't manually switch between dvd-a and dvd-v. The player automatically chooses. When I received the player I couldn't find a preset on my universal remote. I tried 18 Denon presets, but none worked correctly. So, I tried the panny's remote preset. It was already programmed from the rp91. The frequency and controls were exactly the same. The menus in the Denon were slightly different in appearance, but the same layout. The picture was great and the dvd-a worked well. I purchased this for 329 from Crutchfield. Needless to say, I was pleased with my exchange.
