Lost 3 pounds in a week! Jiggled the fat off with every thunderous step!

I am so pleased with this workout! I have seen results in only 3 days! I have never sweated so hard! I just had a baby Elijah 10 months ago and I am 50 pounds overweight! I needed to take some drastic measures fast! I knew summer was coming and I needed to be ready. Along with taking Xenadrine EFX and doing this video 5 times a week I am feeling lighter! Denise is funny because she has poor cueing and weird words! You will laugh at some of the phrases she says to keep you in tune with the workout. She keeps it exciting and it never gets boring. At the end of the workout you have a feeling of accomplishment and pride! I looked forward to this workout every morning. I just wish that it wasn't so long. This is the best video that money can buy! All in all I highly recommend this to burn fat fast!
