does not freeze

I purchased this product online through the Deni company's store instead of the comparable Cuisinart appliance and boy do I regret it. I froze the bowl overnight for the amount of time the directions required. I prepared the recipe for the chocolate frozen yogurt exactly and ran the machine for the specified time. It did not freeze at all. I even left it in for an extra 10 minutes and it still did not freeze. I wasted all the ingredients and time just to have to send the product back.
