Pros: beautiful, functional, durable
Cons: expensive
The Bottom Line: Spend the extra money. It is worth it.
Review: My toaster died. It was a wide slot, not too old.
So when I went to replace it I saw the same model for $60.00. I thought I might as well buy a toaster oven and settled on the beautiful DeLonghi Retro. It has 3... |

Pros: Very cool looking. Timer on toaster is much quieter than previous models.
Cons: Expensive at $129, but use Bed Bath & Beyond's 20% off coupon
The Bottom Line: Get it, but don't pay more than $94 including the 20% coupon
Review: A toaster oven sits on top of the counter permanently, unlike, say a blender that gets put away after use. So the toaster oven is the one to spend a little more on since you and your guests will be looking at it regularly. I owned the old DeLonghi...

Pros: Looks, cool front handle, internal light.
Cons: Grease pan not non-stick, no timer for oven function.
The Bottom Line: The best toaster oven I've ever seen or used. Could have a few more features, but still good as is. Expensive if you buy it.
Review: Sure, I could probably live without my DeLonghi Retro Toaster Oven. My $9.99 two slice Hamilton Beach toaster in pale black trim would suffice for most of my toasting means. But every once in a while you see something that catches your eye....

Pros: Looks, performance, size
Cons: Price
The Bottom Line: The DeLonghi Retro is attractive, has great capacity, and excellent performance. It's expensive, and the controls take some getting used to, but if the looks matter, it's worth it.
Review: I have owned a DeLonghi Retro toaster oven for about 2 years. Its not perfect, but it is the best toaster oven I have ever owned. Two years ago, we gutted our tired old kitchen. This created two needs. First, we needed to replace our old white ...

Pros: Looks great, good capacity.
Cons: Not great for actual TOAST.
The Bottom Line: In conclusion, I would recommend this toaster oven. It bakes and broils well and looks good while doing it.
Review: I must admit that I purchased this toaster oven strictly for it's looks. I found it on-line at Good ...

Pros: Works great and is easy to clean .
Cons: Timer for toasting takes a few attempts to get the correct degree of accuracy.
The Bottom Line: I would buy this product and seriously consider other De Longhi products in the future.
Review: I would recommend this product as very fast and accurate once it has been experimented with. De Lon ...

Pros: Nice design, large capacity
Cons: Cheap, awkward conception
The Bottom Line: If you need a toaster oven that looks good with your stainless steel appliances, this DeLonghi is unfortunately one of the few choices you have.
Review: After redesigning the whole kitchen and buying stainless steel appliances, our good old Black & Decker toaster oven, which still worked flawlessly, just didnt fit in at all with its white and chrome finish. It bothered us a bit, but we decided to live...

Pros: If you're looking for a black and stainless steel toaster oven, this one looks terrific.
Cons: Loud ticking while toasting, not intuitive to use.
The Bottom Line: If you want a toaster you can enjoy using, run away from this toaster as fast as you can.
Review: I selected this toaster based on its good looks and what I thought was a good reputation for Delonghi. Perhaps I was misled into thinking price=quality. I have now owned the toaster for about a week, and here are my issues with it: 1) The power ...

Pros: Looks, Size
Cons: TICK, TICK timer, died after 2 1/2 years
The Bottom Line: If functionally you need a middlin to fair oven that looks great, this is it.
Review: My old GE toaster oven given to me for Christmas 24 years ago bit the dust. OK to be truthful I set a bag of groceries on the toast lever, not allowing it to turn off, and it fried itself to death. So into the stainless and retro kitchen, my wife thought ...

Pros: Looks Great. Heats up quickly.
Cons: Switch mechanism not well made. Hard to clean.
Review: This toaster oven really looks great in your new kitchen. Unfortunately the on/off timer switch broke after only a few months and it kept turning itself back on again! It was not an easy tray to clean as it was hard to extract.Buyer be aware that these ...
