I have one of the first De Longhi rotating deep fryers. It is one of the best small appliances I own. It is very convenient and so easy to use with little or no mess what so ever. It is great for a small amount of food or cooking in great quantities. Plus the best thing about it is that the food actually rotates in and out of the oil to keep it from soaking in the oil for a limp oily taste.

I have used my deep fryer for chicken wings, french fries (frozen fries come out absolutely wonderful), fried vegetables, pierogies and one of my favorites is smelt.

I have had and used this fryer for over 10 years and it is still going strong. With the De Longhi name on a product you know you are getting high quality for a good price.
