Best fryer I've ever had.

I bought a model of the rotary fryer a number of years ago because it was a rotary and I do quite a bit of frying. It seems that there is a lot less grease absorption by the fried food. It cooks fast and evenly, which is great since I always seem to overload the basket.

The replaceable filters do catch a lot of the odors. The used oil can now be filtered as it is drained. I had mine burn out about six months ago after seven years, but I did use it more than the average person. I will be replacing it very soon and would not consider another brand. I would highly recommend it for anyone who does a fair amount of frying. I paid $129.00 for the first one so if you are not going to use it a lot, it may not be worth the cost.

Finally ordered a new fryer and am thrilled with the changes. The oil now drains from the bottom front and the lid design is much better so your hand does not get steamed when opening the lid. The price had gone up although I did find it for under $l30.00 in Canada.
