Great picture, but Dell service is lame

The Bottom Line: It's a terrific performer, and that's what really matters. The whole user manual thing was an annoyance, but I know my stuff. Hopefully you do, too!

W3000 w/o DVI-HDCP capable

Review: I recently purchased. It was packaged with Samsung HD841 DVD player. The connection for DVI cable on the TV is not capable of accepting HDCP feed. So the free DVD player does not work with the TV using the DVI cable, unless you are playing a DVD...

Sound but no picture

Review: In the past several 6-8 months that when I unplug this unit for a weekend trip or vacation, it will not come on for about 24-36 hrs. As long as the unit stays plugged in there is no problem. Unplug it and sound but no picture.
