Small Home Business

After much research I decided on buying this printer for my small home business. My wife runs a Powerseller store on Ebay and we print about 20 pages per day and need fax capabilities. This printer was the one. You might wonder why we needed such a powerful printer for only 20 pages per day....well, we need quick print speeds as all of the pages are printed in a small amount of time at the end of the day when shipping work must be done. The ink cartridge lasted us about 4 months. Simple replacement and the software for the printer is nice in that it pops up on the computer screen everytime you print something and tells you how much ink you have left in terms of a percentage. There is also a permanent display for this information which takes the guesswork out of reordering. A nice feature. It also has scanning capabilities which I have not yet tried. The single paper tray is large enough to last weeks without a refill. Get the second tray if you print more than 50 pages per day. It is a sleek and professional looking printer. A tad bit noisy when warming up and in standby mode. When in sleep mode it's totally quiet. Don't plug your phone line into the wrong jack port...it screwed up my home phone service! Simple mistake took weeks to figure out! No problems to report so far. This was a great buy and I'm looking forward to years of great service from my new printer.
