Customer satisfaction is obviously not their priority!

Pros: The machine is very fast and powerful.
Cons: No Customer satisfaction!
The Bottom Line: Careful if you buy via the internet when buying a custom Dell configuration. Their sales people may know less about their product than you do! Scrutinize every detail.... twice.
