Product Review

Amazing Images

Pros:  All around good value for the size screen and capabilities.

Cons:  None so far, but I assume you're already willing to shell out the $$$.

Overall Rating: 5/5 stars

Author's Review

I'm running Core Duo e6600, 7950 (1 GB) card with the Dell 2407. Set-ups a breeze and with the graphics card the 1920x1200 resolution looks amazing. I read the reviews at a number of websites and decided the Dell was the best value for what I was interested in - large screen gaming. I also looked at the 244T but can't comment given I went with Dell ($100 cheaper).

In one of my games demos there's a searchlight that flashes through the screen and I nearly had to avert my eyes. Brightness is great but to really appreciate the monitor you probably need a graphics card that supports higher resolutions with acceptable frame rates (if you're into gaming).
