Product Review

Pretty Little Hate Machine

by   brandonirdi ,   Dec 23, 2005

Pros:  Great battery life, Beautiful screen, Windows Media Center and remote must have.

Cons:  PCI Express x1 slot/No cards yet. Takes research to set up video properly for gaming.

Overall Rating: 4/5 stars

Author's Review

One tightly packed powerhouse in an itty-bitty-living space. One might be disappointed by its Intel Media Accelerator 900 video but when configured with DVMT,Dynamic Video Memory (a bios setting change for memory amount),it can boast up to 224 Megs when needed. Some of the more serious gamers might want to take note on Intel's configuration white papers. Dell might have started a revolution of media center pc's. If so, this little number would be the little drummer boy that brought the rest.
