Proficient computer for everyday use at home

I purchased this desk top in Jan/2008. It works great at home, a real workhorse. It sits in our family room and used by 3 of us. Internet, email, Word, Excel and Powerpoint are the main applications. No fancy gadgets but sound reliability.

We don't need top of the line expensive PCs because we won't use their full capacity (eg RAM gobbling games).

HD capacity is also sufficient.

I called the help desk couple of times and they came on the line fairly quickly and helped out (although their English with an Indian accent was hard to understand).
