Don't buy it!
Pros:
Cheap (expansive at the end, very poor productivity, Vista simply doesn't work...)
Cons:
All the rest! DON'T BUY IT!
The Bottom Line:
Those PC should never be sold with Vista which is simply a NIGHTMARE in business. Problem is that they won't run XP.

The boss had the bad idea of buying 5 of those unusable PCs... It came with Vista Basic. Simply put, a NIGHTMARE! It's slow, VERY slow! Internet Exploder lock often (Yahoo mail, etc..), we had incompatible drivers for our printer (Big Xerox), fought like hell without being able to make Sabre to work (travel agency software), and the list goes on.
We phoned Microsoft to get a downgrade to XP: They said the Vista inside is OEM so call Dell. Called Dell, XP is not supported!
Tried to installed a brand new XP CD: Graphics never comes up, install freeze on the first stage... Took nLite to integrate SATA, video & Chipset: Same result. Tried with PCI VGA Card, same result. Tried with a PCI-e nVidia GeForce 7600GT: No luck, power supply crawl...
Solution: Beg Dell to send back the trash box, but Dell XP PC are very rare, the couple they still have are very expansive for what they are.
Conclusion:
