We bought this printer for our office as it has a duty cycle of about 30,000 pages per month. The printer itself is quite large (taller than wide) & is not super quiet. The things I love: clear, crisp black type, reminders of the toner level & it prints decent quality graphics & photos. Good enough that I printed some of my boys & hung them on the wall!
It is very fast printing out over 300 pages in only a few minutes. The color takes longer, but it is still faster than an ink-jet. Also for our office, we don't use a lot of color, so toner is better than ink-jets that dry up.
I do wish it was a tad quieter, the printer sits on my desk corner & it isn't possible to talk on the phone & print at the same time. Too noisy to hear the caller! The other annoying thing is that every time you add paper to the drawer, you have to confirm the size added. This is the same as our office photocopier, so I should be used to it I guess.
Overall, based on quality of the printer & the price, I highly recommend it!
