The Monster To Be Contended With

I have owned an 1100d from DEI for about two years now. This is the second digital amp I have owned at it is absolutely awesome. It is stable down to two ohms, which makes it practical for wiring purposes, and it actually produces 1400 watts RMS. It never gets hot to the touch thanks to the 90% plus efficiency. It is possible to get scores of >150 dB when paired with the correct subs (such as Kicker L7's.) I have no real complaints about this amp except for the terminal for power wire. You must put the clip on the end of the wire and tighten down, as opposed to inserting bare wire directly into the amp. Of course, this has no bearing on its functionality, just a matter of preference. All in all, this is an awesome, powerful amp that won't clip your signal and kill your subs (like my Earthquake did.) It is powerful enough to drive you insane and shake the earth, but has the s/n ratio to give you crisp, clean bass.
