Gory film, non existant plot

The year is 2000 and America is ruled by a dictator. Compassion is long dead. For a small secton of society killing is legel. This section of society is the participents of the death race. Of these participents, Frankinstein is the most ruthless. Apparently scarred for life in a car crash, he wares a mask and no one has has seen his face. This might give sinister impressions of the man in black if it had not been for Pulp Fiction. When you first see Frankinstein, you will only think Gimp.

On of many scenes to watch out for is the manhole scene. Three blokes are trying to intimidate one of the drivers. As he draws near, one by one, the blokes jump into the manhole. A trick is played on the third bloke as the second bloke closes the lid after him. The third bloke is run over. The two remaining blokes, thinking it is safe and the driver, open the manhole cover to see the mangled corpse that was their mate. Unfortanatly, it is not safe and the driver has not gone....
