Pros: Quiet, Programmable, Smartmode, dripless.

Pros: The unit cooled our living room by 10 degrees within 15 minutes.

Cons: The hose attachments, they need to be of higher quality.

The Bottom Line: Bottom line, I wouldn't purchase this product if it was the last one on the shelf.
