Dancing With The Stars: Thumbs Up!!

Overall, I have to say this is a great game. The graphics are exceptional, and the song choices aren't half bad either. The judges are a bit on the annoying side, but I believe they give fair scores.

I recommend using a memory card with this game, as doing the same songs over and over will get extremely boring. It isn't too difficult to get perfect tens (which unlocks other songs), and there are two levels (amateur and professional) which makes it perfect for the beginner or the expert.

It is definitely comparable to DDR, and brings more of a competitive edge to the dancing generation. You have to receive a score of at least 20 to proceed to the next song when playing for trophies. If you complete four songs, you will win a trophy and unlock another couple to dance with.

There is also a multiplayer option, but I prefer playing for a trophy instead - especially if the person you are playing against is a lot better or worse than you are at the game.

Don't forget to pay attention to the flair steps - they give you more points and will earn you a higher score from one of the judges. Carrie Ann is the hardest to get a 10 from, but she gives 9s a lot.
