Chilled to Perfection!

My wife received this wine cooler as a Christmas gift 3 and half years ago. She loves to kick her shoes off and have a glass of Merlot after a long day. I prefer to have a glass of Moscato. Whether her red wine or my white wine they are both perfectly chilled in this wine cooler.

It has a black cabinet that stands about 3 feet high. It is about 2 feet deep and about 2 feet wide. It has a tempered glass door with stainless steel trim. The hinges on the door are reversible giving the freedom to put the fridge in multiple locations. The handle, also stainless steel is located at the top of the door. The seal is about a half inch thick and has stood up very well over the years. The power cord is 3 prongs and is about 6 feet long.

The inside of the wine cooler has 6 shelves that are made of wood. Four of them are full width while the other two are only half width. The shelving moves in and out quite awkwardly. I believe the wooden shelves would operate better if the were constructed of different material. The upper two full width shelves are for the red wines while the bottom 4 shelves are for white wines. All the shelving combined can accommodate a total of 30 bottles. There is one blue LED attached to the upper part of the cooler providing light for the upper two shelves. There is another blue LED light located right below the temperature control panel that provides lighting for the bottom 4 shelves.

The temperature control is located right below the top two shelves and has two silver buttons that control the temperature. The upper control adjusts the temperatures from 50F – 64F. These temperatures are for the upper two shelves and are the optimal temperatures for chilling red wine. The bottom temperature control adjusts the temperatures from 41F – 50F. These temperatures are for the bottom 4 shelves and are consider optimal for white wines. The display panel has bright blue LED lights that are quite noticeable from a distance.

The wine cooler came with a two year parts and labor warranty and a five year labor only warranty on the compressor and sealing system. We have not had to call for repairs on this cooler at all.

Now when we have large parties we use the bottom 3 shelves to hold beer. It can hold almost two cases of beer and 20 bottle of wine. We usually have one shelve filled with Corona and one shelve filled with Fat Tire Amber Ale.

We have never had a problem with anything freezing and it has moved with us cross country as well as one other time locally.

I would highly recommend this wine cooler to anyone interested in purchasing something to keep their wine chilled to perfection.
