I bought this machine from the BeverageFactory.com and I am pleased with it.
When it arrived (had it shipped via ground), I opened up both the outer box and inner box and noticed that the washer was damaged as if someone/something had dropped it too hard. Since neither box had any damage on it, it's hard to say if it was damaged during shipping, or while it was at a warehouse. When I notified the BeverageFactory.com of this damage, they refunded me the shipping costs. I did not return the item for repair/replacement because I figured it may come damaged again. Plus, when I fired up the machine, it ran (although there was some damage to the motor plate that caused it to be very loud). I fixed that problem by simply bending the plate into the shape it should be in, stood the machine back up, and proceeded to wash another load. It ran fine with no problems. I did about 20 loads with it that first weekend that I received it.
I have now had the Danby washer for two months, and I have had no other problems since. I am very pleased with the item and how well it cleans and rinses the clothes.
Be careful not to use too much soap or severely overfill it - because the suds/water may spill over the top of the wash bin and onto the floor - which is still not a major problem in the end.
Anyway, overall I would buy this product again and from the same company. It does what it is supposed to do and being able to just roll it over to and hook it up to the sink when I need it is the best part.
