Stay away from this one

After the recall of the previous version of this machine, we were a bit leery, but figured that the company would have done all it could to make the 'new and improved' version one that works.

Sorry to disappoint!

We've had this less than a year and have had multiple service calls, including the replacement of the circuit board TWICE. The racks do not allow for you to fit as much as you would expect from a 30 in model (so you don't really have less dishes to hand wash) and what does go in doesn't come out clean most of the time. Between what doesn't fit and what doesn't get clean, we don't even have the utility of a 24" model!

I'm sad and disappointed to be writing this, my faith than an American made product would be better quality was ruined. My 13 year old Maytag (probably made overseas) did a much better job.

Oh, and don't forget, if you get this 30" model, you'll need to remodel your kitchen...and then change it back again if it doesn't work!
