I have a satellite TV receiver from Dish Network. Basically it works ok. Sometimes there have been bogus pay per view charges on my bill. Dish Network customer service refused to refund the bogus charges. Now I have a proof that they do bogus charging. My wife and I have been with friends at the time that Dish Network has charged me for a movie we did not see.

It is rather obvious that they have a SW error in their system. The Action Date is before the Posting Date. How can that be?
