Although a basic model, the DISH 311 DTV Receiver fits our needs

Unable to store Channel Locks, Favorites, etc.

Review: We had 2 receivers installed, a 322 (dual) and 311 (single). The 311 is unable to store Channel Locks or edit Favorite lists. It also restarts when cycling through the Guides (all channels, subscribed channels). Tech said it was a software problem...
