Great and Quiet Grinder!

This is great coffee grinder. I don't know what the other reviewer was talking about....I think the removable cup feature is great! It is hassle-free to remove. And I think the key to getting consistently fine grinds is to "pulse" the button, not hold it down for a minute at a time (I watch a lot of Food Network, and I have never seen them use a grinder without pulsing it.) It is also relatively quiet compared to other grinders. My brother has a Krups, and he loves my grinder, as he feels like his is deafening. We got ours as a wedding gift in 2003, and it is still going strong for everyday coffee drinkers! I would recommend to anyone.
