Nothing but Good Luck

I've read the reviews giving this product poor reviews. I myself have had nothing but good luck with this product. I have had this fryer for about 2 1/2 years and haven't had one problem with it. I've read the review about the folding handle and I myself find it convenient. I have not tried frozen foods. I would expect it to take a little time to recover, because it is not really a large fryer and it would only be logical for the temperature to go down. The directions clearly state a recommended quantity of food when using frozen foods. An example is that it says to use only 300g of frozen chicken cutlets, which is less than 11 ounces (10.58 oz). I myself have a larger fryer if I want to cook frozen foods and larger quantities.
