Cons: A bit too bulky to be portable

Pros: LOW Price, clean, pleasant sound at moderate volumes, easy setup, subwoofer packs a nice punch.

Cons: Minimal controls on speakers, incapable of high volume. Permanently attached satellites with short cord.

The Bottom Line: These speakers represent good value for the casual listener who doesn't care about super fidelity, high volumes, or features. Ideal for a second computer or for background music.

Pros: Surprising stereo imaging and crystalline sound. Adequate bass from such a small woofer.

Cons: Highs seem over-emphasized but detail is welcome. Could use more bass and midrange fullness.
