Cuisinart Prep 11 Plus DLC-2011: It Pays to Upgrade

Date of Review:  Sep 8, 2003
The Bottom Line: If you need a food processor for lots of grating kitchen work don't mess with the lesser varieties. Go for the main name in this line and be happy.

The Bottom Line: This is a good model from a solid brand.
Review: Over the years we have been married my wife has mentioned from time to time that she would like a food processor. In the past she has done almost all of the cooking so I take her at her word when it comes to the kitchen, but a good food processor...

After 6 months, I'm still happy with my Cuisinart DLC-2011BCN Food Processor.

Date of Review:  Aug 28, 2008
The Bottom Line: The Cuisinart Prep 11 Plus Food Processor is perfect for my mixing, pureeing, slicing, and shredding needs.
Review: I had an Oster 10-Cup Food Processor for about a year and a half before it blew itself up in a blaze of glory. I don't bake and I only used the thing once or twice a week tops to make pesto, hummus, or to shred soft things like kale or yellow...

Date of Review:  Aug 10, 2005
The Bottom Line: If you're looking for a quality food processor with large capacity, this is the way to go.

Review: Cuisinart DLC-2011N Premier Series 11-Cup Food Processor

Why did I wait so long to buy the Cuisinart DLC-2011?

Date of Review:  May 19, 2006
The Bottom Line: From my perspective, the ultimate food processor when considering design, versatility, power, capacity and utility. An indispensable gadget for the committed cook.
Review: As an accomplished home cook who hates a cluttered counter top, I always resisted buying a food processor. After using the Cuisinart for a few months, I don't know why I waited so long.
