Pros: Small
Cons: Doesn't make uniform pieces, still to dirty knife and a cutting board
The Bottom Line: Skip it. This processor does not do the job any better than a knife and gives you more to clean.

Review: I received the Cuisinart Mini-Prep Plus Processor as Christmas gift. No, not from my husband. And yes, I did ask for it. I was excited to find jobs for it to do. Once I did, I was not impressed and this small chopper. It soon...

Review: My mini-prep plus wore out today after about 5 years of use...I'd say that I got my money's worth although I plan to upgrade when I replace it. This would be a great starter for a student setting up their first kitchen or someone with very limited...

Pros: Great little kitchen tool for a live-alone guy!
Cons: Removing food requires care to avoid allowing food bits to spill out the center shaft.
The Bottom Line: The machine offers me the satisfaction of making various dishes simply and has inspired me to become more creative in the kitchen. Love it!

Review: We received this as a wedding gift. It's a great size - perfect for making homemade salsa and salad dressings. I would like to caution others to keep the lid ON when removing the barrel part from the mechanical part - I ended up making a mess of the...

Pros: Size, convenience, ease of use and cleaning.
Cons: Plastic component around blade is cracking.
The Bottom Line: I highly recommend this appliance. Since it is easy to use and clean, I use it often, particularly for small tasks such as chopping one onion or mixing salad dressing.
