Cuisinart ICE-50BC 1.5 Quart Ice Cream Maker

I love pistachio ice cream but don't find it too often in the grocery so I bought myself this machine. It had good reviews from the internet shop I bought it from so I chose this brand and model. It's very easy to use and very easy to clean. The only thing is it has a lot of flimsy attachments that I worry about all the time. The noise this machine makes is tolerable. It makes good ice cream in about 1 hour. The machine stops working when you have soft serve consistency then it's time to freeze the ice cream in your freezer. The only downside is that it only makes 1.5 quarts at a time. For the price, it's a good machine. I've purchased other machines in the past that failed to make gold old ice cream. If you want something affordable and does the job, this is for you. This comes with a recipe book that is quite easy to follow and has a lot of good recipes to try. I use this machine at least once a week and have owned it 6 months and it still works perfect as the day I bought it. Try creaming some fruits and nuts in a blender first and then use them in this machine and you will make great ice cream without preservatives.
