The Bottom Line: I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to buy a panini maker. It's so versatile that you can use it for other things as well.

Review: I bought and I thought it will wonderful but it's very hard to clean sometimes is imposible, if you use only for paninis it's ok without cheese, you can buy for less other products whit the same results.

I read the reviews here on epinions and found that the griddler merits its good rating.

Nice - BUT - does not stay hot

The Bottom Line: If you are looking for an indoor grill/griddle that gets HOT - this is not the one for you. Good for panini and grilled cheese sandwiches. OK for THIN steaks.
Review: I purchased this grill/panini/griddle by Cuisinart because I wanted a panini maker. This machine will make a nice panini for you. The bread will brown nicely and the meat/cheese/veggies inside will be a good temperature for eating.
