Grill & Griddle...Fit As A Fiddle!

Date of Review:  Nov 13, 2006
The Bottom Line: Before committing to purchasing the Griddler, I would check out the newer Foreman grills. They look like they provide more cooking area and might be a lot cheaper.
Review: I received the Cuisinart Griddler as a gift and I was using the George Foreman gill for a while before this. The Cuisinart is far superior to the Foreman in most respects, but could use some improvements. Hopefully the next version will address some...

I love this thing!

Date of Review:  Nov 13, 2005
The Bottom Line: This is a product you'll reach for time and time again; it's easy to use and the food is delicious!
Review: We've had this grill for a month, and it doesn't have a "home" in the cabinet yet. Why? Because we've used it almost every single day!

It can do several things:

First, it can act as an indoor grill -- most of our cooking thusfar...

Best Invention

Date of Review:  Jan 4, 2007
Review: When I first saw this on tv, I knew I had to get it. I had been using the little George Foreman grill but the surface wasnt big enough. I was over a friends house and they had the Griddler, and loved it. I looked into buying one but they were like...

GRRRRRREAT!!!

Date of Review:  Feb 4, 2008
The Bottom Line: Not for kids but a teenager could figure this out and clean it easily. Good value for money. So far the plates have held up under moderate wear
Review: Oh my gosh, I saw this product profiled on some Good Morning America and thought it might be handy.

I like grilled panini and grilled veggies and veggie burgers but I have no clue how to use our very expensive Tec barbeque.

I...

love my griddler

Date of Review:  Nov 21, 2005
The Bottom Line: great grill because it quickly gets very hot. Beautioful design. Easy cleaning.
Review: I have tried the Villaware Uni panini grill, the Delonghi open countertop grill and another panini type grill (approx $90), and returned them all (ouch, those return shipping charges hurt). I never considered the Geroge Foreman grills because they...

Cuisinart Griller-Someone was thinking

Date of Review:  Jul 29, 2005
The Bottom Line: A little pricey but if you can get a coupon for 20% off this helps offset that. Easy cleanup and makes good food fast.
Review: I wanted one of these cool grillers when they first came out but at $129.00 I just wasn't sure I wanted to pay that much so I bought a panini grill for around $50.00 instead. While the panini grill was good beginning I still lusted for this...

The Griddler is fair

Date of Review:  Oct 30, 2006
Review: My experience with this unit has been one of frustration due to the very short lip around the edge of the grill plates. Grilling anything with a somewhat high moisture content (like burgers) causes the resulting fat/liquid from the meat to overflow...

THE CURRENT CHAMP (But expensive)

Date of Review:  Feb 13, 2009
The Bottom Line: The best tasting griller on the market.
It's only con is that it's expensive.
It's twin brother the GR8 is 50% less at Costco and other larger chains.
Review: I had this griller for a week before replacing it with its brother the GR-8 which is nearly identical and costs about half at Costco. The only difference between the two models is that the GR8 has a shiny top which shows stains quicker and so needs...

Griddler...funny name, great appliance

Date of Review:  Jan 23, 2007
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this for anyone who enjoys grilled sandwiches, steaks, fish, paninis, pancakes.
Review: My first countertop electric grill was a George Forman...no thermostat and a bear to clean. Then along came the Hamilton Beach...removal grills, dishwasher safe. But the HB was only fair at grilling sandwiches because it didn't have the compound...
