The Bottom Line: Better than average machine for the task. Minor faults are overcome by a good cup of coffee brewed up in an attractive package, kept hot in a fabulous carafe.
Review: Last month the unit began emitting smoke from the rear when my wife turned it on. I contacted Cuisinart via Email and they asked me to return the unit, then sent us a brand new one. That is outstanding support for a unit that was almost two years...

HOT for hours and TURNS ITSELF ON!!!

The Bottom Line: Great machine that follows through with its promise. My favorite thing is that it keeps coffee hot for hours.

Great Idea, Terrible Product

The Bottom Line: Don't waste your money unless you like bad coffee and love washing dishes.
Review: While it might seem like a great idea to have a coffee maker that also grinds coffee, this particular configuration has a number of major flaws:

1) Too many parts. I don't know about you, but I can't stand to wash the 7 separate parts each...

The Bottom Line: Pick another coffee maker - this one is too frustrating
Review: When my Braun died, it was time to upgrade. I paid $150.00 for this machine, which seemed like a lot, but I am an optimist.

Stay away from this coffee pot!

The Bottom Line: Stay away from the Cuisinart DGB-600 10-Cup Coffee Maker. Its good looks and extra features may entice you, but it is not worth it.
Review: I was looking for a coffee pot that looked good and made a good pot of coffee, so when I saw this model that was stainless steel and had a built in grinder and filter and a stainless steel carafe, I figured it would be worth the $150 I paid for it...
