Cuisinart DCC-2000 12-Cup Coffee Maker

I bought this coffee maker because it didn't have a carafe to clean and didn't have to worry about breaking. The coffee making looked great in my kitchen with my other stainless steel appliances. It worked good for about a month, then starting leaking water on my counters when brewing. After about 5 months starting making loud sounds when brewing. Poured enough water to make 10-12 cups, only getting about 1-2 cups of coffee. Then after 6 months stopped working all together. For the money it was not worth 6 months of use! I will go back and look at less expensive coffee makers this time.
