Cuisinart DFP-14BC Custom 14 Cups Food Processor

I've worked with several food processors models and sizes, for over 25 years. Cuisinart is by far the BEST and this model is a great VALUE and SIZE.

Many Uses: Imagine kneading bread dough to perfection, in as little as 40 seconds! It easily mixes cakes, quick breads, and pie crust's too. Also effortlessly chops, slices and shreds food; plus you can even grind meat.

White Flour: You can make 2 large white loaves* (up to 6 cups flour) in this 14-cup work-bowl, or make soft dinner and sweet rolls.

*Wheat Flour: Because wheat flour's gluten is twice as dense as white flour's, just do 1 loaf, but this 14-cup size easily handles 3 cups of the heavy wheat dough!
