Pros: Easy to use programable timer, great temperature coffee, attractive; automatic shut off; solid unit.

Cons: Tiny and light numbered increments on the resevoir strip;  Small area to pour in water

The Bottom Line:

Small reservoir for water and too small print for increments on water level strip, but most important is great temperature coffee, sturdy unit, wonderful features and easy to use.
