Worked fine for about 9 months

The Bottom Line: If you are patient buy one and if it doesn't work well exchange it. You can always get it fixed when it breaks on the generous 3 year warranty.

The Bottom Line: Not recommended. Uneven toasting. Particularly poor performance with frozen products.
