Cuisinart CBK-200 Bread Machine

I bought this breadmaker 5 days ago and have made 7 perfect loaves of bread with it so far. This is my 6th breadmaker. The reason I have gone through so many is because after about 2 years, they are worn out. So I am very happy that this one comes with a three year warranty. This machine has a long kneading time, which makes a nice tender loaf. The convection fan makes a nice crust, and with the three crust settings, you can get the darkness you prefer.
The only thing I don't like about this machine is the height of the bread. A 1 1/2 lb. loaf is too tall. My last machine was a West Bend which made a traditional shaped loaf. This one makes a traditional shape, but the pan is shorter and taller, so the bread is also short and tall. I tried a 1 lb. recipe, and it came out more of a normal height, but just a bit too short for me. So what I did was take my 1 1/2 lb. recipes, and decreased them by about 20%. This gives me a perfect sized and shaped loaf.
