Cuisinart CBK-200 Bread Machine

I love this machine! I've had it less than a week and I've already made 3 loaves of bread (100% Whole Wheat, Rosemary Bread and "Chocolate Chip Cookie" Bread). They have all turned out beautifully. I have followed the recipes in the book that comes with the Cuisinart and have had no trouble with any of the flour to water ratios. I put my liquids in at the recommended temperature (I use a thermometer to get it right) and the yeast activates just fine. There is absolutely nothing I hate about this machine. The bread pan sits fine in the machine, it's not too loud, it's easy to clean, the ingredients all mix in to the dough properly. I love how I can take the kneading paddle out before the bread bakes.

I bought this particular breadmachine because I really liked being able to make smaller loaves (the 1 lb loaf is perfect!) I also like being able to make low-carb breads. In fact, I'll be trying my first loaf out this weekend.

I highly recommend this machine.
