I have had the best time making fresh homemade bread. This new bead machine is the best; it's simple to use, looks great & the finished product is fantastic. I just made a 2-Lb loaf of fresh tomato, basil & sunflower seed bread. It was the hit of our dinner. I've heard the recipe book, that comes with the bread machine, is off on its measurements so I haven't used the recipe book. Find a good bread machine recipe book & start making your own wonderful bread products. When you unpack your new Cuisinart bread
machine, don't let the instructions scare you... the machine is really simple to use. You set the desired loaf size for either 1-lb. 1-1/2-lbs. or 2-lbs. Set the crust for either light, medium or dark. Set the bread type, white, whole wheat, etc. You will have 16 choices for the kind of bread you want to make. Hit the start button and away you go...Everything is automatic. Just make sure you use correct measurements, & follow the sequence in putting the ingredients in the bread machine. That's how simple it is. Do it Right & your bread product will be right.
