quality pregnancy yoga practice

The Bottom Line: One of the better prenatal yoga videos available - especially if you aren't into the spiritual aspects of yoga. Not a strenuous workout, but yoga isn't always meant to be.

the best prenatal yoga tape for me

The Bottom Line: Feels gentle but is a good workout. Not too spiritual. Can stop and start. Highly recommended for all stages of pregnancy regardless of your previous experience with yoga.

Review: The workout is easy to follow, and I always felt great after I finished. It's about an hour long. It is not strenuous at all. I did the workout through the ninth month.
