The Bottom Line: One of the better prenatal yoga videos available - especially if you aren't into the spiritual aspects of yoga. Not a strenuous workout, but yoga isn't always meant to be.

Cons: it's a home video and requires discipline to actually do it!

The Bottom Line: Feels gentle but is a good workout. Not too spiritual. Can stop and start. Highly recommended for all stages of pregnancy regardless of your previous experience with yoga.
