How to record?

I just purchased the CR 79 at a garage sale. It appears to have been very lovingly used, if ever. I love everything about it, style, size, sound quality, versatility of features, but I hate the instruction manual. It is very poorly translated, and seems to leave out half of some sentences. I have not been able to figure out how to record from vinly to cassette from the instruction manual and apparently am not tech savvy enough to figure it out on my own. Can someone give me a clue? Thanks.

Pros
I love the style, sound quality and versatility of records, CD's or cassettes.
Cons
I can't figure out from the owners manual how to record from vinyl to cassette.
