I lucked out

I did zero research on cribs, but happened to see this one when out shopping with my Dad for a baby gift. I couldn't have done better for the price (it was around $280 at the time). Storage drawer is essential in NYC apartments - why waste all that space under the tiny baby! Drop side is easy and lowering the mattress support was a snap. My only advice (and this probably goes for most cribs) is don't assemble alone - unless you are very tall and have four hands.
