Terrific Player for Overdrive audio books!

Big bang for the $$, I listen to Overdrive audio books on my Zen that I download from my local library, it allows you to bookmark your place and easily get back to where you were.

The control pad is large enough and backlit making it easy to do everything. The menu is a big 1.5" color LCD, and you can adjust the font size. It is a mere 3" x 2" so fits in a pocket very well.

It charges through your USB on the computer, I'd prefer a cradle or AC charger as I don't always have a computer handy when I travel. Charges quickly, and I haven't yet run out of space and have 20 books on it along with ton's of photo's.

One of the best features is that you can set it on a timer so that after 10-120 minutes it will auto shut off, perfect for listening to when you go to bed and saves on the charge to boot!

I keep the grandkid's photo's on it to show my friends, I can record my voice to remind me of something I need to do. I can even partition the hard drive for storage if I want. It has an FM tuner and I'm sure it works well for you music lovers out there as an MP3 player. I have a good set of headphones, though it does come with ear buds. The sound quality is very good much better than my RAVE was. No hissing or other noise.

I use Windows Media player to sync the books onto the drive, and it does come with some very nice software for organizing music and photo's.

For the price you just can't beat the size or quality.
