Review: I bought a Creative Zen V Plus MP-3 player as a Christmas gift, in mid-December 2006.

Right out of the box, I was a little concerned about the durability of this player - it felt like a cheap plastic toy.

Some major issues...

Pros: Good Sound, Small, Compact and Sleek, stylish,Less expensive than ipods or zune, and excellent lighting.

Cons: Cheaply made, Joy Stick breaks easy, and Customer Service sucks.

The Bottom Line: Save your money and get an ipod because this mp3 player will break easy.

The Bottom Line: Avoid. The player never accepted a song, nor a charge even after returning for servicing. Creative tells me it may be my computer, although the other MP3 all work fine.
